  • What type of paper do you use?
    We use 200gsm Premium paper. The 200 gsm/ 80 lb paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting. We use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.
  • How to you pack my art piece?
    Each poster is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.
  • How is the poster measured?
    Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.
  • Are your Papers, Envelopes, and Frames sustainable and/or certified?
    Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC certified products from sustainably managed forests where available.
  • How Can I Track My Order?
    Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and the estimated delivery date.
  • What If I Received The Wrong Product?
    If you received another product or size than you ordered, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can solve the issue.
  • How long should I expect the delivery time to be?
    The processing time is 24-48 business hours. The Delivery time can vary between 3 and 10 Days. Rarely, it might take more than that depending on where you are located and the volumes we are facing.
  • Can I Return My Order?
    You have 90 days right of withdrawal on items bought in our online shop. - When you return an order, you must ensure that the posters are in unopened and original packaging. - You are responsible for the return costs, which will be subtracted upon refund.
  • What if the package arrived damaged?
    Please reach out to us as soon as possible by e-mail if any posters or frames have been damaged upon receipt. Attach images of the damaged item(s), and then we will subsequently send you a new package.
  • What Happens If I Don't Pick up The Package On Time?
    Please contact us by e-mail if your package was returned to us because it was not picked up on time so that we can find a solution together. - A return of the package will be paid for by the customer. - If the customer wants to use their right of withdrawal, the return costs will be subtracted prior to the refund.
  • Do You Ship To My Country?
    We ship all over the world with very few exceptions. You'll surely find out during the ordering process if we deliver to your country or not.
  • Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
    No, we not able to deliver to PO boxes.
